This is a call, a call to come just the way you are into the house of the Lord.
If you are hurting, if life has dealt you some hard blows, and you don't know where to go
If you are afraid of how much you will have to change, or afraid that the things you have done are too much for Christians to handle....
Guess what, we all have a past.
We all have to begin somewhere, and at the beginning is the best place to start.
I have led the Praise and Worship at New Wine Christian Church for at least 9 years
I have been attending Church there for about 21 years.
We are made up of a bunch of sinners trying to get as close to Jesus as we can. No one is perfect,
I am no longer leading praise at this time because I have a heart’s desire to see people get saved and set free from the bondage in their lives, and I like to be down there with them and available to pray with them. You see, I was once in bondage with drugs and alcohol.
I have a past that I am not proud of
But
I took a chance to see if Jesus could love me, just for me and for who I was. Guess what He did. He loves me and then He even began to use me in ways I never thought possible.
Sooooooo, It doesn’t matter who you are...
